  Welcome  to our co-author secure online system where you will set up your payment plan.

All co-author applications must be approved. If for any reason your application is not approved any monies paid will be promptly refunded.

Please select your desired payment plan from the options on the right side of this page. Upon completing the payment process, you are done with the co-author application. If you have not yet emailed your application, please do so immediately. Your co-author application is only considered complete with both parts:

1. Complete the online application here, if you have not already done so.
2. Set up a payment schedule from this page.

You will receive an email from Caterina Rando confirming her receipt of this MSWord document. You will also receive an email confirmation for your payment schedule.

The co-author cost per Thrive Publishing book project is $3000 and includes 300 copies of the book plus all of the other benefits of being a co-author as outlined in your co-author information packet.

The platinum co-author cost per Thrive Publishing book project is $3700 and includes 500 copies of the book plus all of the other benefits of being a co-author as outlined in your co-author information packet.

Note: shipping the books is an additional fee due in advance of shipping you your books.

PowerDynamics will appear on your credit card statement.

Co-Author Investment Options:

Three payments of $1000.00 - total = $3000

Four payments of $750.00 - Total = $3000

Five payments of $610.00 - Total = $3050
($50 surcharge for payment plan included)

Six payments of $512.50 - Total =  $3075
($75 surcharge for payment plan included)

Platinum Co-Author Investment Options:

Five payments of $740.00 - Total = $3700

Six payments of $617.00 - Total = $3700
